- PRICES DISPLAYED ON OUR WEBSITE ARE IN MALAYSIA RINGGIT (MYR) AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. ADDITIONAL CHARGES, SUCH AS SHIPPING FEES, MAY APPLY AND WILL BE CLEARLY INDICATED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS.


- WHEN ORDERING PLEASE ENTER THE FULL ADDRESS INCLUDING THE POSTCODE OF THE RECIPIENT. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE NOT DELIVERED DUE TO INCORRECT DETAILS.


- BY COMPLETING YOUR ORDERS, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND APPEARING ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE.


- SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER IS SUBJECT TO OUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS OFFER. WE WILL SEND AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER DETAILS TO ADVISE THAT WE ARE PROCESSING YOUR ORDER VIA THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE. WE WILL NOT CONSIDER OURSELVES BOUND BY A CONTRACT WITH YOU UNTIL WE HAVE ISSUED THIS EMAIL CONFIRMATION.


- ANY CHANGES OF PARTICULAR (E.G. RECEIVER’S ADDRESS, MESSAGES, ETC) MUST BE MAKE WITHIN 12 HOURS IN ADVANCE OR THE DAY BEFORE THRU WHATSAPP.


- CANCELLATION OF ORDERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO 50% HANDLING/PROCESSING FEE.


4. DELIVERY POLICY


- OUR STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE ARE COMPLETED BETWEEN 11:00AM - 7:00PM. IN EVENTS OF PEAK PERIODS (VALENTINE’S DAY, MOTHER’S DAY, SPECIAL OCCASION ETC..), OUR DELIVERY SERVICES WILL BE EXTENDED FROM 10:00AM – 8:00PM. 


- SPECIFIC TIME DELIVERIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE. CASUAL REQUESTS SUCH AS PREFERENCES OF SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. THIS IS TO MAINTAIN FAIRNESS TO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS, AND IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE EFFICIENCY IN OUR OPERATIONS.


- WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MAKE SURE THAT THE RECEIVER WILL RECEIVE THE DELIVERY ON HER/HIS OWN. HOWEVER, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DELIVERY THE ITEM TO THE UNIT INSIDE HIGH RISE BUILDINGS (EG. APARTMENTS, CONDOMINIUMS, MALLS, HOTELS, HOSPITALS ETC). PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE RECEIVER IS AVAILABLE TO COLLECT THE PRODUCT FROM THE DRIVER AT THE DROP OF POINT/LOBBY/GROUND FLOOR.


- LEBLOONS AND LEBLOOMS FLORIST CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF A DELIVERY IS LATE DUE TO ANY UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS HEAVY TRAFFIC, UNPREDICTABLE RAINY WEATHER/FLOOD OR ANYTHING ELSE BEYOND OUR CONTROL.


- PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE RECEIVER’S CONTACT NUMBER AND ADDRESS IS CORRECT IN ORDER TO CONTACT HIM/HER FOR THE COLLECTION OF DELIVERY. IF BY ANY CHANCE THAT OUR DISPATCHER COULD NOT LOCATE THE RECEIVER AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, THE ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A ‘FAILED’ DELIVERY. LEBLOONS, LEBLOOMS FLORIST AND OUR COLLABORATIVE DISPATCHERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE ‘FAILED’ DELIVERY. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE IMPOSED FOR RE-DELIVERING THE ITEM. 


- IT IS ALSO BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM US THRU WHATSAPP IF THE BUYER/SENDER DOES NOT WANT US TO CONTACT THE RECEIVER UPON DELIVERY. CUSTOMER CAN CHOOSE TO PUT THE SENDER’S CONTACT NUMBER IN THE DETAILS FORM TO ENSURE THAT WE WILL NOT CONTACT RECEIVER. 



5. CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY


- WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUND/RETURNS OR CANCELLATION FOR ALL ORDER. CHANGE OF DATE NEEDS TO BE INFORMED AT LEAST 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE WITH OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE VIA WHATSAPP. HOWEVER, ON A CASE TO CASE BASIS, ANY CANCELLATION, RETURN OF REFUND ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN FULLY PAID CANNOT BE REFUNDED IN CASH TERMS OR BANK TRANSFER. A VOUCHER CODE WILL BE ISSUED TO THE CUSTOMER. THE VOUCHER CODE CAN BE USED WITH NO EXPIRY DATE.


- AS FLOWERS/BOUQUETS/BALLOONS ARE HIGHLY PERISHABLE ITEMS. THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS ACCEPTABLE. RETURNS WILL ONLY BE MADE IF THE PRODUCTS IN A VERY POOR CONDITION OR FORMS WHICH WAS CAUSED DURING THE DELIVERY PROCESS. 


- RECEIVERS AND/OR SENDERS ARE ADVISED TO INFORM US IMMEDIATELY (WITHIN 2-3 HOURS UPON RECEIVING) TO ENSURE FAIRNESS IN JUDGEMENT THAT THE PRODUCT ARE IN POOR SHAPE. WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY REPORTS MADE 2-3 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING AS IT IS UNREASONABLE TO JUDGE FROM THE CONDITION THAT WAS CAPTURED 2-3 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING. PRIOR DELIVERY, ALL PRODUCT WILL BE CAPUTURED TO ENSURE THE PRODUCT ARE IN GOOD CONDITION, KINDLY ASK FOR A PHOTO IF YOU NEED ANY FURTHER CLARIFICATION.


- THE BURDEN IS WITH THE SENDER TO INFORM THE RECIPIENT OF THE DELIVERY ; IF THE PRODUCT ARE LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE AT THE BUYER’S DISCRETION WITH THE DISPATCH WE ARE NOT LIABLE THEREAFTER FOR THE SAFE RECEIPT OF THE GOODS.


- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ORDER WHERE THE RECIPIENT REFUSES TO ACCEPT THE ITEM. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ANY CUSTOMER WHERE THE RECIPIENT, FOR WHATEVER REASON, WILL NOT ACCEPT THE ITEM OR REFUSES DELIVERY. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.


- IF THE PRODUCT WAS PICKED UP BY BUYER BUT ONLY TO BE SENT TO THE RECIPIENT THE NEXT DAY OR AFTER, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO KEEP THE PRODUCT IN GOOD CONDITION AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE BUYER’S NEGLECT OR MISTREATMENT TOWARDS THE ITEMS. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE FLOWERS/BALLOONS ARE KEPT IN A COLD AND WELL-VENTILATED AREA. BUYERS MUST NOT LEAVE THE PRODUCT IN ANYWHERE THAT MAY BE SUFFOCATING, HOT, DAMP AND/OR UNDER THE SUN. KINDLY NOTE THAT REFUND OR EXCHANGE IS NOT AVAILABLE.



6. FLOWER AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS


- ALL PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. IN THE EVENT OF ANY SUPPLY DIFFICULTIES OF IF THE FLOWERS WE HAVE RECEIVED FROM OUR GROWERS THAT ARE NEEDED TO MAKE UP YOUR ORDER DO NOT MEET OUR HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT OUR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRODUCT WITH AN ALTERNATE PRODUCT OF A SIMILAR STYLE AND EQUIVALENT (FOR GREATER) VALUE OR QUALITY.


- PHOTOS ON OUR WEBPAGE  HAVE UNDER-GO IMAGE-EDITING FOR ILLUSTRATION PURPOSES. ACTUAL PRODUCT COLOUR MAY VARY DUE TO PHOTOGRAPHIC LIGHTNING SOURCES ON SCREEN. EACH HANDMADE PRODUCT IS UNIQUE WITH ONE ANOTHER. IN SUCH, BOUQUET SIZE, SHADES, BLOOM SIZE AND COLORS MIGHT VARY FROM THE PICTURES SHOWN.


- CUT FLOWERS ARE PERISHABLE PRODUCTS AND PRONE TO DECOMPOSITION AND THEREFORE WILT AND DISCOLOUR OCCURS. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT FRESH FLOWERS ARE NOT THE SAME AS ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS. OCCURRENCE OF SCARS ON PETALS ARE COMMON, CUSTOMER COULD PLUCK OFF SOME OF THE PETALS IF NECESSARY. WE TRY OUR BEST TO PROVIDE THE FRESHTEST FLOWERS, BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO STOP DECOMPOSITION OF FLOWERS. THUS, WE HELD NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FRESHNESS OF FLOWERS ONCE DELIVERED OR UPON COLLECTION BY THE CUSTOMERS.


- FLOWER WRAPPERS, RIBBON COLOUR ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE TO A SIMILAR COLOUR BASE ON THE AVAILABILITY. 


7. BALLOONS


- FLOAT TIME AND CONDITIONS OF BALLOONS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. HOWEVER, THE SIZE, TYPE OF MATERIAL, AND PRESENCE OF SEALANT ALL AFFECT THE BALLOONS LIFESPAN.  THE TREATMENT AND LEVEL OF ACTIVITY TO THE BALLOON IS SUBJECTED ALSO AFFECTS HOW LONG IT FLOATS. WE RECOMMEND THAT INFLATED BALLOONS NOT TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THE INDOOR AREA BECAUSE THE PRESSURE DIFFERENCE MAY AFFECT THEIR APPEARANCE. OXIDATION, THE CLOUDING OVER THE SURFACE OF BALLOONS IS A NORMAL PROCESS.


- ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN GOOD FAITH AND WILL BE HANDED OVER TO THE RECIPIENT IN GOOD CONDITION. HOWEVER, IF THE CONDITION OF THE BALLOONS DETERIORATE AFTER HANDED OVER TO THE RECIPIENT, WE SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY COMPENSATION TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY RESULTING FROM SUCH CHANGES. 


8. PRIVACY POLICY
